Every Tusk product is backed by our emphasis on quality and craftsmanship. Our products are made to ensure satisfaction and service for the natural life of the product. If any of our products fall short of your expectations, please contact us via phone or email and give us your feedback. 

We guarantee all Tusk products against manufacturing defects for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. If a product you purchased from Tusk.com has a manufacturing defect, please call Customer Service at +1-888-438-8875 immediately. Items with manufacturing defects will be replaced with the same product or one of equal value. Please be aware that there are no warranties expressed or implied about the appropriate use of a Tusk product.

Product Care Instructions

We utilize a range of different leathers and fabrics in our products. All of our leathers require minimal maintenance. Vegetable tanned leathers in general do not require cleaning and become increasingly supple with use. Embossed leathers can be wiped with a damp cloth. We do not recommend the use of any oil based products such as mink oil since they may stain the leather. We also do not recommend the use of any cleaners to remove ink, grease or oil as these types of stains have a tendency to bleed. Whenever attempting to clean anything, always test clean a less visible area before trying on the entire piece.

All fabrics may be gently wiped with a damp soft cloth and a small amount of diluted dish soap. Always test wipe in a hidden area first before trying on the entire bag.

Repair Policy

Our products are made to ensure satisfaction and service for the natural life of the product. If, during its lifetime, your item should require repair, we offer a repair service for many of our products. There is a minimum $20 shipping & handling charge for each item submitted for repair. Please contact us via phone or email with details about your repair request.
